These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the payment, subscription, and transaction-related services offered by Speed And Secure Logistic Solutions Private Limited, operating under the brand name LoadDekho ("LoadDekho", "we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using the LoadDekho website or availing services through offline, WhatsApp, email, or other communication channels (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Use of the Services is subject to transaction-based and/or service-based charges, depending on the nature of engagement. Charges may vary based on whether you are acting as a Transporter, Trucker/Fleet Owner, Driver, or logistics service provider.
The applicable charges and fees are detailed in Annexure A, which may be revised by LoadDekho from time to time based on business requirements, market conditions, or regulatory changes. Continued use of the Services after such revisions constitutes acceptance of the revised charges.
LoadDekho may share market-intelligence-based indicative freight rates for various routes and lanes. These rates are indicative only and are provided to support informed decision-making.
Transporters and Truckers may:
● Accept or reject freight offers at their discretion
● Negotiate freight terms mutually
LoadDekho acts solely as a facilitation and coordination platform and does not guarantee freight rates, trip volumes, or acceptance of any offer.
LoadDekho uses one or more third-party payment gateway or payment processors ("Payment Processor") to enable digital payments, settlements, and wallet services.
All payment transactions are subject to:
● The terms and conditions of the relevant Payment Processor
● The policies of the issuing bank, card network, or financial institution
LoadDekho is not responsible for delays, failures, errors, or interruptions caused by the Payment Processor. Transaction-related data obtained by LoadDekho will be used strictly in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Payments between Transporters, Truckers, Fleet Owners, and other parties shall be made offline or through mutually agreed banking channels, including but not limited to NEFT, RTGS, IMPS, cheque, or UPI.
LoadDekho does not currently operate any in-app or digital wallet facility. Any future introduction of such services shall be governed by separate terms and policies.
Wallet-related transactions and payment services are governed by:
● The Payment and Settlement Systems Act, 2007 and related regulations
● RBI Guidelines on Prepaid Payment Instruments (PPIs) and subsequent amendments
● Any other applicable circulars or instructions issued by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI)
The LoadDekho Wallet is a closed-system prepaid payment instrument and can be used only for transactions within the LoadDekho platform.
● LoadDekho does not collect freight payments on behalf of users unless explicitly agreed in writing
● Advance payments, balance settlements, and timelines shall be mutually agreed between the parties involved
● LoadDekho shall not be responsible for payment defaults or delays between Transporters and Truckers
Any service fees payable to LoadDekho shall be settled as per agreed commercial terms or invoices raised.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, any service or facilitation fees charged by LoadDekho shall be non-refundable once the service has been rendered.
If wallet funds remain unused for a period exceeding twelve (12) months, the balance may be blocked and transferred to a designated trust account.
Such funds will be held in trust for a maximum additional period of one (1) year. Any amount remaining unclaimed thereafter may be forfeited in accordance with applicable laws.
Any payment-related disputes between Transporters and Truckers shall be resolved directly between the concerned parties. LoadDekho may, at its discretion, facilitate communication but shall not be liable for settlement outcomes.
LoadDekho shall not be liable for:
● Disputes between Transporters and Truckers
● Payment delays caused by banks or payment processors
● Business losses, missed trips, or revenue loss arising from platform usage
Users acknowledge that LoadDekho acts as a facilitation platform only.
LoadDekho reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Jurisdiction shall lie with the courts of India.
